Booking conditions

Deposit and balance. A twenty per cent deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due sixty days before arrival. Bookings made inside sixty days are payable in full.

Cancellation by you. Free of charge more than sixty days before arrival. Fifty per cent of the total between sixty and thirty days. Non refundable inside thirty days. We will move your dates once at no charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation by us. If we cancel for any reason other than force majeure, you receive a full refund. In cases of force majeure we will refund everything we can recover from suppliers.

What is included. Accommodation, private transport with a driver guide, listed meals, entrance fees and activities named in your final itinerary. International flights, visas, insurance and personal spending are excluded.

Insurance. Travel insurance is a condition of booking. It must cover medical treatment and repatriation.

Licensing. Ceylon Lanka Trail is licensed by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
