We collect only what we need to plan and run your trip: your name, contact details, travel dates, party composition and any dietary or medical information you choose to share.

We share your details with hotels, guides and transport suppliers strictly as required to deliver your itinerary. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send marketing unless you have asked for it.

Enquiry data is kept for three years and booking records for seven, as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to keep, at any time, by emailing us.
