Why book direct with us
An honest comparison, including the things we are not best at.
Against a large Colombo ground handler. They have more buses, more staff and decades of corporate logistics. If you are moving a conference of two hundred people, book them. If you are two people who want the Kandy road broken up properly, you will be a rounding error on their week.
Against an international small group operator. Their departures are fixed, their group sizes are set, and Sri Lanka is one of a hundred destinations on their list. That is genuinely simpler to book. It is also somebody else itinerary.
Against a UK based Sri Lanka specialist. This is the closest comparison and the honest answer is that they are good. They also charge a UK margin, employ UK staff, and their people visit the island rather than live on it. We are cheaper for the same standard and we answer the phone at 6am local time when a flight is delayed.
Where we are weaker. We are smaller. We do not have a London office you can walk into, and if you want ATOL protection specifically, you should book a UK operator. We publish our terms and our licence number instead.
