Most operators run the Cultural Triangle in three days. It does not work. Sigiriya deserves a morning of its own, Polonnaruwa is a half day on a bicycle, and Dambulla is a different building entirely at four in the afternoon.

For the Cultural Triangle specifically, yes. It is not enough to add the coast or the hill country, and we would rather you did this properly than everything badly.
Twelve hundred steps with handrails, about ninety minutes up and down. Manageable for most people if you go early and take it slowly.
